<p>Algum tempo atrás a rede de fast food McDonald´s fez o <a title="redesign das lojas do mcdonald´s" href="http://www.kaneoya.com.br/wordpress/index.php/2007/08/27/mcdonalds/" target="_self">redesign</a> de várias lojas e <strong>agora deram mais um passo na renovação da marca: o redesign dos uniformes.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Desenhado pelo famoso estilista Bruce Oldfield, os uniformes têm um estilo similar aos criados para companias aéreas.</strong> As cores desta nova versão varia entre sutis tons de preto, bege e marrom.</p>
<p>As diferentes funções dentro de uma loja recebem cada uma o seu próprio uniforme:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Gerência (feminino): </strong>salto alto, saia risca de giz e encharpe.</li>
<li><strong>Gerência (masculino):</strong> terno com 3 opções de gravata.</li>
<li><strong>Equipe geral: </strong>camiseta polo, avental e calça cargo.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>&#8220;Foi muito divertido criar um visual contemporâneo para os colaboradores do McDonald´s&#8221;, disse Oldfield.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Segundo o McDonald´s, os novos uniformes deram mais confiança à equipe e os clientes passaram a respeitá-los mais. </strong>A rede já registrou um aumento de 24% nas vendas do bimestre.</p>

<p>Simone Legno é um artista italiano que criou o website <a href="http://www.tokidoki.it/" target="_blank">Tokidoki</a>, &#8220;de vez enquando&#8221; em japonês, alguns anos atrás como um projeto pessoal para mostrar seus trabalhos.</p>
<p>Mas quando o seu talento foi descoberto por sérios empresários norte-americanos, Tokidoki virou uma marca conhecida no mundo todo.</p>
<p>Além do sucesso da marca, o mais importante deste trabalho pode ser resumido na frase de Simone: &#8220;&#8230; estou realizando o meu sonho de fazer o mundo mais colorido e positivo através do Tokidoki&#8221;.</p>

<p>But as his unique interpretation of the japanese culture was discovered by serious entrepreneurs, it became this great brand known all over the world by now.</p>

<p><strong>Today the cachet of owning a luxury brand no longer comes from signature logos but by being able to identify signature designer details</strong> &#8211; whether it&#8217;s the precious metal on a handbag, the lush fabric of a dress, or the sole color of a shoe, fashion insiders say. The premise here, they say, is that if you&#8217;re truly among the fashion elite you don&#8217;t need labels or logos to showcase your style and wealth. The new mantra is: <strong>If you&#8217;ve got it &#8211; don&#8217;t flaunt it.</strong></p>
<p><strong>&#8220;Wearing designer logos has always been less about personal style than it is about letting other people know that you belong to an elite group,&#8221;</strong> said Ravi Dhar, a professor of marketing at Yale University.</p>
<p>The perception here is that logo-splashed apparel and accessories have become so ubiquitous that they&#8217;ve created an environment where <strong>if everyone has them you are no longer considered part of the elite</strong>.</p>
